GOD’S GLORY-THE MANIFEST PRESENCE OF GOD

The glory of God is present tense for the believer. It is the glory of God that saved you. The glory of God makes a way for sinful man to be born of the Spirit of God. The glory of God is when He manifests Himself to mankind.

Scripture shows how this is possible.  John 3:6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit.7 Do not marvel that I said to you, ‘You must be born again.’8 The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear the sound of it, but cannot tell where it comes from and where it goes. So is everyone who is born of the Spirit.” NKJV

It is so important to have life skills and give attention to them for successful living. It is even more important for Christians to develop knowledge and skills in the Word of God. Your faith from God is an invisible force from your spirit, but can deliver tangible results. For instance a man named Bartimaeus was blind, and then Jesus came by and healed him. His life was transformed. That was the glory (manifest presence) of God in Jesus Christ. (Mark 10:46-52)

We have access to this same Jesus Christ. Paul in writing to the church; said ; But we all, with unveiled face beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are transformed into the same image from glory to glory, even as from the Lord the Spirit. ASV II Corinthians 3:18.

Too many times people attribute only negative things to God. If someone dies prematurely they say God did it. If there is a tragic event from the weather they say God did it. If a Christian is having troubles in life, they say God is doing it. One person said (regarding problems in his life), “Haven’t you ever heard of sifting?”  However sifting comes from satan.

Luke 22:31-32 And the Lord said, “Simon, Simon! Indeed, Satan has asked for you, that he may sift you as wheat. But I have prayed for you; that your faith should not fail; and when you have returned to Me, strengthen your brethren.” NKJV

It is your adversary, the devil, seeking to sift you. Jesus said: John 10:10 The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly. NKJV

It is time for us to develop our skills in the Word of God. He did not send Jesus Christ to torture people on their way to heaven, but to give them hope and encouragement; a Savior would be a good way to say it. Our skills need to be in line with God’s Word, not tradition. Scripture says: John 3:17 For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. NKJV

God isn’t condemning you, He sent you His Son, the Holy Spirit, His promises, His Word, the name of Jesus and much more to give you a victorious life. The word save in Greek means: (Sozo) heal, preserve, save (self), do well, be (make) whole.

One more point is this: Psalm107:20-21 He sent His word and healed them, And delivered them from their destructions. Oh, that men would give thanks to the LORD for His goodness, And for His wonderful works to the children of men! NKJV

Start right now and begin thanking God for being rescued from your current problems whatever they may be. The more you know about the Word of God, the higher your faith will rise and the more confident you will become. Refuse to blame God, know it is your adversary, the devil, causing problems in your life.

Prayer:  Father, in Jesus name, I thank you for delivering me today. I know you did not cause this trouble to happen to me. I believe Jesus is saving me, starting right now and I praise you for your glory transforming my life. Amen
